FADING AWAY

What will I do on the last day on earth?
Will I think of life after death or rebirth?
Will I look into your eyes and say "I love you"?
You look away, like before, you feel nothing new,
Will they forgive me for all I have done?
For the last time, I strech my arms, looking at the sun,
What will be the last thought running through my mind?
Will I sit with my friends, happiness I find?
I look back at my life, I look back at you,
My heart was always pure, my love for you is true,
I breathe my last, will I rest in peace?
I will always be with you, only my body leaves.
